Frequently Asked Questions

Are we insured?
Yes. We are fully insured with a liability policy, you may request a copy of our policy anytime during setup.

Are the units safe?
Yes. They are all enclosed with netted sides and all have the safety step for easy on and off access. Our blowers are all enclosed with 6 amp motors.

How large are our units?
All of our moonwalks are large, and measure 15 feet X 15 feet or more. The moonwalks can be setup both indoors and outdoors as long as space permits. Please check the schematic of the unit you find interesting in the Inflatables Gallery. You ‘ll need to be sure the footprint of the desired unit is going to fit in the space you have available. Also remember to consider ALL THREE dimensions where trees, wires, ceilings, lights,etc… may cause conflicts with setup.

Do we deliver the moonwalks to your location?
Yes. Not only do we deliver them promptly, we also set them up and take them down once you are done to ensure the safest possible enviroment for your children. All of this is included as part of our first-class service provided to all of our customers.

Do we require a deposit?
No deposit is required to reserve a unit, however payment in full is due at the time of set-up, either by cash or check.

Is there a cancellation fee?
No. We do not charge a cancellation fee or require a 24 hour cancellation notice, however it is greatly appreciated! Since no deposit is required you may cancel at any time without having to worry about arranging for a refund. However, there are no refunds provided once the unit has been set up.

Do we need to supply any extra equipment?
No. We supply only what is needed to get the moonwalks up and running. We have extension cords reaching up to 125 feet that will give us a wide area to work from. Generators are available upon request for an additional charge.

What if it rains the day of our rental?
We would call you before the setup and explain that due to high winds or rain, we must reschedule the renting of our units. We only setup under the absolute safest conditions, and will not put your child’s safety at risk.

What if it starts to rain during the rental?
We would ask that everyone exit the unit because it becomes slippery and unsafe. The unit must also be unplugged to avoid risk of shock or damage. We reserve the right to make weather calls on the spot so that the units may be safely collapsed and stored (early if necessary) in such a weather event.

Do you rent snow cone or cotton candy machines?
Yes. In fact, we do now offer to all of our customers the option to rent snow cone or cotton candy machines to make your rental from us both enjoyable and entertaining.
